[Bacula-users] Bad experience in testing

Hi @ all,

I have just installed the bacula 1.31 (10 Jul 2003) to continue my Win32 testings.
I started a small backup on a WinNT machine and the backup went fine. Then I tried to
restore and just after entering the JobID Bacula said "Kaboom".
I have tried this more than one; Bacula kaboomed always.
I droped the whole Bacula database and started again from scratch, but once again
bacula crashed.
I also tried to restore a backup made from a linux machine to exclude a problem with
WinNT, but this had the same effect.
Here is, what bacula said:

*You have selected the following JobId: 1
*Building directory tree for JobId 1 ...
*Kaboom! bacula-dir, Bacula-dir got signal 11. Attempting traceback.
*Calling: /sbin/btraceback /sbin/bacula-dir 737
*1 item inserted into the tree and marked for extraction.
*Automatically selected Storage: File
*Traceback complete, attempting cleanup ...

What could be wrong ?

Perhaps you have a clue.

Greetings
Marc

And here is the Traceback.

Hello Marc,

Sorry for the problems. Sometimes it frustrates me because
Linux seems to be very forgiving on bad pointer references.
